A few clients seem to think that IT Pros know absolutely everything about the applications a particular business uses.

That’s not the case. There are thousands of applications, and each company decides, based on history, recommendations, cost, and other factors, which ones to use.

While there are many apps that are very popular and similar to each other, even when that’s the case, each individual utilizes them differently.

So, do not assume IT Pros know what and how you use them. We can help with the technology and business side of the equation, but usage -although interrelated- is another matter.
