When signing a contract, do our morals, priorities, interests, and values conflict with the other party?

The most important document we will ever sign in a work environment is a job contract. Would we sign such a contract if we were the person across the table? Would it give us headaches?

Such documents should be clear regarding the use of resources (tech or not), communication, trust, workplace behaviour, chain of command, etc.

We cannot be myopic. Analyze contracts and update and correct them often. An ethical contract benefits the entire organization.
